Care 4 u is committed to making sure that your service is delivered in accordance with the national minimum standards and the domiciliary care agencies regulations 2002. Care 4 u is keen to achieve continuous improvement in the service provided.
To ensure a quality service, you will be contacted a week after the commencement of your package of care, and again after 6 weeks. This is to check with you that the service is being provided in accordance with your care plan. A member of the office staff, monitoring your service, which includes the completion of a questionnaire, will also visit you twice a year.
Every six months the questionnaires are analysed and statistical data is produced. The results of this analysis will enable care 4 u to highlight any possible improvements or changes that could be made to improve the service.
